Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to work areas.
3. Right to Refuse or Withdraw Service
Derrett Family Plumbing Ltd. reserves the right to:
a. Refuse or discontinue service if clients are disrespectful, hostile, or if conditions are unsafe
b. Immediately leave a worksite under such conditions
c. Bill for all work completed up to the point of departure, including a minimum call-out fee if applicable
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
We accept payments by debit card, credit card, cheque, cash, and e-Transfer, or card processing through QuickBooks or Jobber electronic invoicing.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges, late fees will be detailed on invoices and a payment reminder will be sent up to 24-hours before payment is subject to late fees
5. Limitation of Liability
Derrett Family Plumbing Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate provincial court.

Pets should be secured, and entrances must be cleared for our team
3. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to:
a. Leave immediately if there is harassment, hostility, or unsafe conditions
b. Refuse future service to individuals who breach this code
c. Invoice for all completed work and time up to the point of departure
4. Appointments and Billing
Payment is due as per the terms stated on the invoice
Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours’ notice
