1. Communication

  • Treat all team members respectfully

  • Use courteous and professional language in all communications

2. Safety

  • Maintain a safe, accessible work environment

  • Pets must be secured, and entrances must be cleared for our team

3. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Leave immediately if there is harassment, hostility, or unsafe conditions

  • Refuse future service to individuals who breach this code

  • Invoice for all completed work and time up to the point of departure

4. Appointments and Billing

  • Payment is due as per the terms stated on the invoice

  • Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours’ notice
